Terms of Use
The basic rules for creating, sharing and using TinyOS.
1. Using TinyOS
TinyOS lets creators assemble personalized interactive web experiences for another person. By using TinyOS, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that respects other people and their rights.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give TinyOS the limited permission needed to host, process, display, resize, transmit and otherwise use that content solely to operate the TinyOS service and provide the experience you requested.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload and share the content you submit. Do not use TinyOS for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious or privacy-invasive material, or to distribute malware or interfere with the service.
4. TinyOS links and sharing
Published TinyOS URLs and preview links may be accessible to anyone who has the relevant link unless the product states otherwise. You are responsible for deciding whom you share those links with. Preview or editing access may be time-limited or protected by tokens or other controls.
5. Paid features
Prices, plan limits and included features are shown at the time of purchase. Payment may be handled by third-party processors such as Razorpay. Any refund, cancellation or special purchase terms shown at checkout or communicated for a specific order form part of these Terms.
The customisation period shown at purchase or in the dashboard controls how long editing features remain available. Changing the recipient's birthday does not change that deadline. A published TinyOS may remain available as a keepsake after customisation ends, subject to these Terms and service availability.
6. Third-party services
TinyOS may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, hosting providers or music platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. TinyOS is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by a third-party service.
7. Service changes and availability
TinyOS is an evolving product. Features, app availability, limits, appearance and technical implementation may change. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
8. Intellectual property
The TinyOS name, software, branding, visual system and original service materials are owned by or licensed to Xibeat Technologies, excluding creator content and third-party materials. They may not be copied, resold or represented as your own except where applicable law permits. You retain ownership of content you personally upload.
9. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
TinyOS is provided on an as-available basis. While we aim to keep the service reliable, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed, particularly where third-party platforms, browsers, devices or networks are involved.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TinyOS and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as TinyOS develops. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
